Coal Fired. Family Inspired.

At Cousins, we believe great pizza starts with great roots. That’s why we stick to time-honored traditions, high-heat coal ovens, and recipes passed down through generations. It’s not just pizza — it’s a family legacy served hot and fresh, every time.

Our Story

New to Wilmington in 2025, we're excited to bring the community it's first coal-fired pizzeria. This classic East Coast style—born in Connecticut, rooted in Italy—celebrates quality, simplicity, and a little bit of fire.
But what sets us apart isn't just our crisp, charred crust—it's the stories behind each pizza. Named after the incredible women who shaped the life of our owner, Joe, every pie is a tribute to family, heritage, and the flavors that bring people together.
These women—mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and sisters—represent the heart of our family, and now, they’re part of every meal we serve.

Baked with Love

At Cousins, every pizza is a story. A tribute. A memory shared through food. Our coal-fired ovens bring the flavor—and our family brings the soul. These are the women that inspire the names of our pies.
